OVERHAUL
[v. oh-ver-hawl, oh-ver-hawl]
1. to make necessary repairs on; restore to proper condition
2. to investigate or examine thoroughly for repair or revision
3. to gain upon, catch up with, or overtake, as in a race.
This is exactly what I've decided to do and I'm doing it whole body and soul. This is the time to overhaul my on/off active healthy lifestyle and improve my culinary habits and techiques. Every Wednesday I will be posting my "Weekly Overhaul" which will be a personal success step I am going to be taking that will contribute to me living a better healthy active life. Check my comments during the week to see how the overhaul is gong! I promise to be honest and post my successes and downfalls (nobody's perfect) but I hope the lader is much more prevelant as time goes on. You're welcome to join me in this endeavor either as a collaborator or as a witness. Looking forward to the future, one overhaul at a time! Ciao
